      1. Product Delivery Schedule

        Ordering of multiple goods will be shipped together and the shipping lead time will be based on the goods that take longer schedule.

        Delivery schedule lead time of the goods will be as below.

        Due to the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) applied to Selangor, Malaysia, our operation services will be affected during this period. Please expect delays in production and delivery. Your kind understanding is appreciated. Stay safe.

        Note:
        *1 Number of shipping day will be calculated from the next business day upon receiving order.
        eg-1. If Customer place order on Monday (1st-Oct), hence 1st day will be start counting fromTuesday, 2nd-Oct.
        eg-2. If Customer place order on Friday (5th-Oct), hence 1st day will be start counting fromMonday, 8th-Oct.
        *2 "days" mentioned are referred to business day based on Selangor state calendar

        Note to delivery lead time Referring to the delivery days shown in the above table:
        (i) “Delivery” – It is counted from the next business day of the day you ordered. (Business days are
        Monday – Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
        (ii) “Self-Collection at Fujifilm HQ office” – Customer may collect the item from Fujifilm HQ office during business days only.
        (a) In the event of festive season, the delivery date might be extended due to production capacity and/or shipping delay.
        (b) We do not accept request for shortening the delivery date.

        Note to delivery method
        (i) Please take note that P.O Box is not accepted as delivery address.
        (ii) Delivery table above is based on normal standard day.
        (iii) In the event that your item is sent by courier service, upon failure of 1 st attempt, customer(s) are required to contact the respective courier service collection centre or self-collect the item from the designated courier service collection centre.

        For Self-collection FUJIFILM HQ office
        Please take note that collection is only on business day(s) during FUJIFILM’s office operation hours.

    3. Claims & Returns

      1. We do NOT accept refund or returns. We do NOT accept any amendment or modification to be made once customer confirmed checkout. Therefore, customers are requested to check thoroughly before confirming the order.
      2. Any exchange(s) are only accepted if:-
        1. in the event that the item(s) received was damaged during shipping, and proof must be presented; or
        2. product damage due to manufacturing default. Therefore, customers are requested to check the condition of the item(s) prior to acceptance of delivery order.
      3. All claims of the defective items must be emailed to us Contact us  within three (3) business days upon receiving your items. We will investigate and if the defect was caused by us, we will replace it soonest possible.
      4. The Company reserves the right to change, update and modify these Terms at our sole and absolute discretion, without giving you prior notice Provided that notification of any change, update or modification shall be reflected at our website.
